Hi, my name is Lana and I’m a remedial massage therapist on the Gold Coast.

I’ve always been passionate about massage and after working for 15 years in the corporate world (and some time living in France), I decided to pivot my career and become a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.

I studied at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy & Myotherapy (MIMT) and obtained a Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and a Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2017.

I’ve personally experienced the benefits of massage and trigger point therapy in relieving my own tension headaches, neck/shoulder pain and lower back issues. This really gave me the motivation to help others experience ongoing relief.

Using a combination of relaxation, remedial and trigger point techniques, I customise each treatment to the needs of my clients, so that they walk away relaxed and pain-free.

Having worked at Endota Spa, Tanti Avenue Massage and Myotherapy in Melbourne, I launched Oil&Palm in 2018 in my home town of Mornington on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. My husband and I relocated to Sydney’s eastern suburbs in early 2019 and I began working at a remedial massage clinic in Coogee. In late 2021, my husband and I relocated to the Southern Highlands in NSW and we relocated to the Gold Coast in Queensland in early 2023!

I’m so excited to provide women with care, pampering and a little bit of luxury in a calm and relaxing space.
